Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping rates

• Melty Mug 2-pack: FREE shipping
• Single mugs: $9.99 flat rate per order

Delivery times

Orders are delivered in 5–11 days, with tracking.

Buying a gift? Order a little early to make sure it arrives in time, especially around the holidays.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show updates.

Multiple packages

Larger orders may arrive in separate packages.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll try to update it before it ships.

Damaged or lost orders
